Inform Research was established by Andy Whittet following 15 years working in community development across Scotland, supporting a diverse range of groups including local grass-roots community projects, faith groups, intermediary organisations and the Scottish Government through high quality community research.
Our desire is to see communities in Scotland flourish and to support the many grassroots, intermediaries, public and private companies that seek to achieve this.
Whether you are starting out as a new organisation, planning a new project or looking to measure the impact of your work, we can support you through high quality research, helping you plan for the future.
We are passionate about the power of research and engagement in making a positive and lasting difference across all sectors.
We believe inequalities should be challenged and can evidence this through the projects we work with:
We believe in transparency and honesty and that our communities are the experts.
We work alongside you to identify what would have the greatest impact for your organisation - from in-depth research and community profiling to community engagement, surveys and analysis.

"Top quality, inclusive community research makes a real difference to the impact your project can have - exactly what Inform Research offers. Focus your support where it's really needed."
