Inform Research conducted a feasibility study on the development of a accommodation project for women leaving the justice system in Scotland. The affordability and feasibility study included a process of stakeholder engagement and desk based research considering areas relating to sustainability of a range of models and location and demand for such a programme.
Inform Research developed a community profile for the neighbourhood of Anderston and Finnieston to support The Pyramid at Anderston and their partners to plan for the future through developing a business plan, enhance funding applications and to better understand the community around them, the assets within the local community and the needs that are there.
Inform Research also supported a process of community engagement to provide a greater understanding of the thoughts and needs within the local community.
Inform Research worked with The Challenges Group on a process of employer engagement, research and data gathering on women returners, the gender pay gap and flexible working on the Making Work Work - for Women Returners programme run in partnership with Chartered Management Institute, Get The Gen and Volunteering Matters.
"Andy hit the ground running on this short-term engagement bringing a very clear research methodology and a plan for reaching the number of employers we were committed to through the networks of the programme partners, as well as his own extensive networks. Andy was focussed, agile and adaptable. He kept to project milestones and kept key stakeholders informed of progress. Andy used a number of research methods in his work, including desk research, one-to-one interviews and a survey to gather quantitative and qualitative data, on the basis of which he drew together a number of observations and developed actionable next steps. Inform Research conducted a feasibility study on the development of a pre-rehab residential programme for Glasgow City Mission and partner agencies including The Haven Kilmacolm, Street Connect, The ARCH Resettlement Centre and Bethany Christian Trust. The affordability and feasibility study included a process of stakeholder engagement and desk based research considering areas relating to drugs policy, registration requirements, evidence of need for the programme and the potential impact it could have on people, communities and society in Scotland.

Inform Research worked with Scottish Faiths Action for Refugees on their Faithful Welcome programme, providing analysis from a series of focus groups on what makes a good integration project. This involved engagement with people with a lived experience of being an asylum seeker and/or refugee and local faith groups/projects established to support them. Recommendations and considerations for future programme development was also supplied as part of the process.

Inform Research carried out a six month process of data gathering, congregational engagement and focus group facilitation to support the Presbytery Mission Plan Resource Group to identify principles for the future deployment of resources and strategic planning of the Church.

Inform Research developed a community profile for the local area around Findlay Church to support them in identifying local need and where they can direct resources and support for local people in the surrounding area.

Inform Research provided analysis of community statistics and community research for Cranhill Development Trust to support funding applications and the development of strategic planning in relation to programmes on transport, health and employability.

Inform Research developed a community profile for the local area for Knightswood Anniesland Trinity Church as part of a range of support in place for three churches merging together to better understand the needs of the local communities, identifying requirements in buildings and resources and developing plans for community engagement going forward.

Inform Research has supported the work of Faith in Community Scotland in tackling poverty in Scotland. Inform Research has provided training to community projects on accessing and understanding community statistics and on community research methods. Through the partnership a range of community organisations have received a community profile to support successful funding applications and plans for future programmes.
